09/14 Touring riders have officially taken over the Bruceport County CG. :) In a clearing in the middle of the park there are 7 of us camped out. Tommy and Shannon showed up after I got here and then a guy I’d passed earlier followed by a group of 3 guys from Vancouver. There’s a French girl in an actual campsite but she didn’t hang out or we’d be 8. We’re all heading south so there might be a convey of us on the road tomorrow.

Left Ocean Shores after riding back into town along the only other main road I could find. It was still a bust. So then I set off under cloudy skies and with a very stiff wind out of the south. At noon it finally stopped drizzling and the sun came out.

Didn’t see much on the road other than a lot of dead snakes but went though a couple towns that were pretty cool. First up was Aberdeen. It’s a big place but traffic wasn’t bad and they had a Pizza Hut so I hit that for lunch. $4.99 for all you can eat pizza. Then I rode a very hilly section of the 101 to Raymond which has tin(?) sculptures all over the place. It’s also the oyster capital of the world and it sure smelled like it.
